Star Wars Episodes 1-3 Top Trumps Card Game

Hi Sharon,
Thanks for your message and feedback.

Your cancellation request unfortunately crossed paths with item being processed and dispatched by the fulfilment team so we were unable to cancel it. I'm truly sorry.

Please rest assured that your two messages via the contact form were not ignored at all as I did reply to you within a short while on the same day to explain that we couldn't cancel the order as it had been dispatched and suggested that you may wish to return them and provided the return address.

Your second message which requested a return was also replied to asap with the same details as the first reply. That is the return address.

We didn't hear back from you, so we concluded that you had decided to keep the SW TTs Eps 1-3.

Please check your spam or junk mail folder in case the replies ended up there and were therefore missed.

As we hate to think of our valued customers being disappointed with their shopping experience, I would like to offer you a complimentary set of Star Wars Eps 4-6 TTs via 1st class post:

We politely request please that you revise your feedback to reflect the resolution of the matter.

Thank you

Kind Regards
